We propose a government-backed initiative to offer free digital awareness training specifically aimed at helping small business owners develop websites, understand online safety protocols, implement business automation, and manage digital records securely. We are calling on the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and other relevant local authorities to recognize this need and allocate funding or partner with private sectors to offer these training programs. By investing in the digital literacy of small business owners, Delhi can ensure a thriving business community that benefits everyone.
