We, the investors of FarmOn, have spent blood, sweat, and tears to earn the money that we have invested in FarmOn. While we understand that the COVID pandemic has impacted FarmOn's operations, it is hard to believe that rice, chicken and other produce continue to do poorly. Food is a basic necessity and it will be bought even during tough times. It has been months since the last update and the last payout, and we feel fearful for our investments. The lack of proper responses and updates has impacted our emotional wellbeing, as we worry for our respective financial situations.

FarmOn is not only responsible for its operations, but is also responsible to its investors. We demand that FarmOn be more transparent with its situation in order to remove all doubt and fears that we have. FarmOn needs to address and provide investors the following:

1. Provide monthly updates on the situation of the operations. This can be via a video uploaded in YouTube. Or a written statement with photos.
2. Provide the investors with financial updates and publicly available financial statements.
3. Issue each investor a promissory note saying that FarmOn will be responsible and will return the investments of all investors when the respective, investors demand so. Especially after the period of investment have lapsed.
