Right now, most mobile networks require users to subscribe to a plan costing at least INR 199 for just 28 days of service. This inflated pricing model is proving to be difficult for low-income families and individuals who mainly need a mobile phone just for receiving calls and SMS. It's imperative that we push for change, so that these families can continue to participate in today’s digitally connected society without sacrificing their financial wellbeing.

Let's consider a solution that offers a basic validity plan with lower rates, specifically designed for those who don't need extensive data or extra facilities. A more affordable option focused on basic service (for example, INR 50 for 28 days) can make a huge difference for countless families in India.

This campaign is not just about the cost, it's about ensuring that every member of society can remain connected in a world where a mobile number is not just a convenience but a necessity. It's about empowering families to maintain links to vital services without being financially strained.
