Ruben has been on Death Row for 25 years with no DNA testing ever conducted in his case. Ruben was given a pending execution date of July 16 2024. 

There is DNA that can be tested in his case  to prove his innocence.

Please voice your concerns to Govenor Abbott. The DA has a severe biased against Ruben and withheld the DNA evidence until it was discovered in the Brownsville police Department’s evidence room in 2019.
