We, the undersigned property owners, do hereby protest Petition No. P21-201 to rezone from commercial to residential property located East of SW Port Saint Lucie Blvd. and North of Yale St./Sympatico Plaza Lot 4 and request that approximately 22 acres of that area be invoked for the Planned Unit Development (PUD) of a proposed 300 unit multi-family development from Autumn Sorrow of AJ Entitlements and Planning LLC acting as an agent for Port Saint Lucie Properties, LLC for the following reasons:

• It will destroy the wildlife and endangered species that use it for their habitat. As a result, the Ecosystem will be disrupted.

According to the 2021 US and Florida Statues 379.2291: The Endangered and Threatened Act, the law requires protection for critical habitat areas and the development and implementation of recovery plans for endangered species.

• It will create additional traffic to already congested streets in the area.
• More trash on the streets while Waste Management can't handle what we already have.
• More people will be transpassing onto the reserve area by canal, leaving trash behind.
• No definite design proposal for the actual housing that will be built leaving room for the builder to create high-density housing.
