Generation of fake news has remained the strategy of BJP to polarise voters on the grounds of mass lynching and communal riots. BJP IT Cell is the brainchild behind such crimes by support of their volunteers who either freelance or work from home on smartphones and most prominently they are trained well by high tech professionals of BJP to execute their plans of party propoganda to reach out to voters on social media.
You must have come across posts on facebook like 'Agar aap Hindu hain to share jaroor karein'. Such posts are accompanied by pictures which are fully doctrined borrowed from the events of other countries and most prominently clipping from some movie. We share those pictures without verifying its facts first and in that instance we are also making ourselves liable for stemming and propagating fake news. This is the observation done by Supreme Court in the past cases of lynchings which are done on the grounds of fake news.

Each group has personal contact numbers of Amit Shah and state BJP Chief Manoj Tiwari. Due to end to end message encryption feature of Whatsapp, intelligence agencies are finding it difficult to check and stop spreading fake news. According to various media sources, Amit Shah and company have remained prominent figure in the generation of fake news on social media and has actually many abetted communal clashes and therefore mob lynching.
The nation still could not get over with the horrific incidents of Mujaffarnagar riots and dadri lynching case. Lynchings have been executed on doctored images shared on whatsapp by vested interest groups. But nobody knows the reality before resorting to such violence. An image of two beaten youths from some event circulated on whatsapp took 60 lives and left 50000 homeless in the 2013 Mujjaffarnagar Riots. In Dadri, an iron smith was lynched on the suspect of eating beef and that too happened due to three fake images of meat and bones of cow on whatsapp forwards.
Fake forwards on twitter, whatsapp and facebook are also done by BJP members and ministers prominent among them are Babul Suoriyo, Sambit Patra and BJP leader K Surendran whose share in May, 2017 of images of cows slaughter in Kerala created furore on social media. Later, it turned out be fake as being photoshopped image from Bangladesh.
Twiplomacy, a “study of the use of Twitter by world leaders”, conducted by public relations and communications firm Burson-Marsteller, recently found that of the 41 million followers PM Modi can boast of, more than 60 per cent are fake. Basically, 2,41,80,000 of Modi's 4,03,00,000 Twitter followers are fake.
Fake followers are created by the help of bots : a software which autonomously follows, tags and also send spams. The purposes of this bots have to make look things better. Twitter has been battling with the issue of bots and has lost its core followers. Due to this, twitter suspended thousands of accounts to get back its real users.
Trolling and abusive languages have remained the principle of BJP IT Cell to supress the fair speech of expression of dissenters. Not only they counter oppositions but to anybody who does not keep allegiance to any political party has to undergo the wrath of expletives of members of BJP IT Cell, if they dare to speak against the ruling party working methods. The trolls also take shape of dirty abusive languages, rape threats, death threats, cyber stalking, impersonation of accounts to bully and harass the dissenters which they feel could act detriment to their vote banks.
In UP elections, BJP social media unit has played significant role in winning seats. Fake profiles having no image and details are found in lots over social media and every one of us have came across with them. Most of such accounts are politically motivated and are bots whose main purpose is to counter genuine criticisms by public. These fake accounts operate in secrecy and therefore has no user details and sometimes you can just follow them but could not send messages or send friend requests on facebook.
Social Media has always remained in our heart but were never misused in such cruel manner to spread hatred among peaceful community members. Dirty trolls are originated in the era of BJP for political propoganda and is eating our nation like a pest by spreading communalism.
Many upper caste or Swarans have been brainwashed by BJP for political gains over social media. We are convinced by fake images and posts for votes but are sidelined now for the sake of dalits. Now, when we are standing for our rights, fake posts are circulated on social media that the 'Bharat Bandh' called by Swarans is the brainchild of Congress. Do you really think its true? By the help of bots and fake profiles, BJP IT Cell is brainwashing sawarans to back out from protests for their political gain because we are their true supoorters and they have realised that BJP's winning is not possible without our support. Do not come to their terms. Think for yourself first. We have been ostracised in the name of SC ST Act and reservation, if your determined mission is compromised by BJP sympathisers then our entire community would have an undignified life in the hands of this fascist government for the next 50 years. Do not back out, protest strong!
