Management is planning a TOTAL shutdown of our community amenities for a full year, starting right after the July 4th weekend.

Beginning as soon as July 5, 2025, we will lose access to the pool, gym, tennis courts, and resident office spaces. This is for a massive, year-long renovation, and management has failed to provide a phased plan, fair warning, or any compensation for this significant loss of services.

This is unacceptable. We are not just tenants; we are a community. We demand a say in the future of our homes.

We Demand:

• A Recognized Tenant Association: We deserve a seat at the table in decisions that affect us - not notification after plans have been locked in.
• Fair Compensation: A significant rent reduction for the entire duration of the amenity closure. These are part of what we pay for, and cannot be unilaterally ripped away from us.
• A Phased Renovation Plan: Improvements should not come at the cost of a year-long total shutdown.
