While the public hearing just happened today, you can still submit your written testimony for 24 hours after the hearing. The window to share your voice will close this Saturday at 2:00PM (2/21/26). If you missed the opportunity to participate in the public hearing, this is a great way to still share your voice. 2. Go to this site: https://app.leg.wa.gov/csi/Senate
3. Select "Law & Justice" on the committee drop down
4. Select "02/20/2026 2:00PM" on the meetings drop down
5. Select "ESHB2320" as your agenda item
6. Select "I would like to submit written testimony"
7. Read the instructions, write your opinion and submit
