Variance for Approval was Denied by the BLC

Today, the Barrio Latino Commission, who serves as responsible for ensuring the integrity of the historic preservation denied the variance that was requested by LiveNation. This is, in part, due to your signature, emails, calls and those who were able to make public comment.

The conversation is not over yet. LiveNation was able to request a continuance and will reconvene on the request on July 28th. Mark your calendar now! If we're present in force on July 28th, we may have an opportunity to protect the integrity of Ybor's art scene and maintain the beautiful Grand Oak  they want to chop down in all of it's glory!
