As a resident of Wyoming I request that HB0032 be modified or replaced to protect our rights as Wyoming citizens.  The current bill is insufficient to protect Wyoming citizens from vaccine mandates as it allows for a loophole with the language, "unless doing so would create an undue hardship or pose a direct and unavoidable threat to the health or safety of the person or others". 

The people who are in favor of vaccine mandates believe that unvaccinated people pose a direct and unavoidable threat to the health and safety of vaccinated people. It also allows for federal tyranny with the wording in the section about discriminatory or unfair employment practice "unless the requirement is strictly based on federal law or rule". 

The bill needs to say that vaccine mandates for access to any service, public or private, school, business or as a condition of employment is strictly prohibited in the State of Wyoming.  Please stand up for freedom and liberty by changing or replacing this bill with one that will actually protect our rights and body autonomy.
