Here is a quote from Neal LaMontagne, who teaches at the University of Alberta urban and regional planning school in Edmonton, has reviewed the city's infill proposal.

But he said the city should proceed with caution before deciding to build on land set aside for parks.

"When you have higher densities you really need to hold on to those green spaces."
