Protect Veteran Choice! Stop Nevada's Assembly Bill 145

Protect Veteran Choice! Stop Nevada's Assembly Bill 145
The Issue
The Nevada Legislature is still actively considering Assembly Bill 145, which could ban private services like VBG from assisting Veterans with their VA claims. Recently, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit ruled that these attempts to limit veteran choice may be unconstitutional because they burden the right to free speech.
With the Department of Veteran Affairs and many Veteran service organizations racing an overwhelming number of claims to process, removing the option to use a private service to obtain rightful benefits places an unnecessary hardship on Veterans.
Sign this petition today to urge lawmakers to reject Nevada Assembly Bill 145. This small action by you can make a big different in protecting freedom of choice for all Veterans. Now is the time to focus on expanding our support for Veterans – not limiting it.
