Residents deserve transparency and accountability!

The October 22, 2026, Board meetings for SFH at Parcel 3, Parcel 3, and Condos at Parcel 3 have been cancelled.

At the  September 2, 2026, SFH Board meeting, the next meeting was scheduled for October 14. That date was subsequently changed to October 22. Now, the October 22 meetings for SFH at Parcel 3, Parcel 3, and Condos at Parcel 3 have been cancelled due to what management describes as a scheduling conflict.

This is the second date change, and residents have still not been provided with a confirmed replacement date.

Management cited a scheduling conflict, but no replacement dates have been announced.

These cancellations come while significant Association business remains unresolved, including:

1. The proposed revised Club Issuance Agreement, which could have substantial financial consequences for homeowners.
2. The 2027 HOA budgets, including outstanding questions about Association expenditures.
3. Homeowner-requested agenda items that deserve discussion and consideration at an open Board meeting.

While scheduling conflicts can arise,
if a quorum was available to conduct Association business, why was it necessary to cancel the meetings rather than proceed as scheduled?

With the proposed Issuance Agreement, 2027 budgets, and other important homeowner concerns still pending, residents deserve an explanation and prompt confirmation of new meeting dates the governing documents allow certain Board decisions to be made through written consent, residents deserve to know whether each of the three associations properly authorized its meeting cancellation.

2. Confirmation of which directors authorized the cancellation for each association.
3. Confirmation that written consents were properly maintained in the respective Association records.
