Please send your email by October 12 so your request can be considered for the October 22 meeting agenda.
We are asking homeowners to demand:
1. HOMEOWNER REVIEW BEFORE SIGNING.
Release the complete proposed final agreement, including exhibits and attachments, at least 10 days before any vote or execution.
2. ADEQUATE BOARD REVIEW.
All five directors should receive at least 10 days to review the complete agreement. At the September 2 meeting, an attorney's revised draft was reportedly delivered approximately ONE HOUR before the meeting. That should not happen again.
3. NO SIGNATURES BEFORE HOMEOWNER REVIEW.
Allow homeowners a meaningful opportunity to comment. Any substantive changes afterward should receive additional Board review and approval.

The proposed agreement raises important questions about long-term financial obligations, possible dues increases, HOA responsibilities, homeowner protections, and accountability for Club dues collected from homeowners.
