Protect the wildlife in the wetlands and woodlands

The Issue

My neighbors have wetlands and woodlands at the back of their property. They have placed hundreds of feet of unsightly yellow caution tape to mark the property limits. This is a danger to wildlife. Animals can become entangled in caution tape, and according to an Environmental Specialist at the Department of Environmental Protection, deer also chew on it. Large portions of the tape have detached and are now on the ground where turkeys and bunnies reside.  Please sign my petition to ban the use of caution tape as a property boundary marker.
