Aloha
This petition will be submitted into international courts as we still exist and stand by treaty.
1)This will be used to address the lawsuit that another country cannot take us to court for our schools (admissions policy), this is clearly a treaty dispute.
Secondly this petition is to acknowledge that a Kanaka Mauoli and or a Ko Pae Aina Subject cannot vote as per first question on Votor registration
example: “1) Are you a United States Citizen?
(Do not proceed if you’ve answered no to any of these questions)”
This is in our 1850 Treaty with President Zachary Taylor and King Kamehameha III
Article XI
It is agreed that perfect and entire liberty of conscience shall be enjoyed by the citizens and subjects of both the contracting parties, in the countries of the one of the other, without their being liable to be disturbed or molested on account of their religious belief.
But nothing contained in this article shall be construed to interfere with the exclusive right of the Hawaiian Government to regulate for itself the schools which it may establish or support within its jurisdiction.
