This BBC programme includes Eileen and care workers.  Part of the reason for so many vacancies in care is that many whistleblowers were forced out of their jobs for raising concerns, other workers left in despair after seeing them lose their jobs and those who heard about such experiences are deterred from ever going into care work. 

The care workers are on the frontline and see things that are hidden from families visiting. 

They are the protectors who need protection so they can speak up safely. 

#EdnasLaw will give that protection to all whistleblowers, not only to those in social care.
