Here's the official title for #EdnasLaw:

the Endangerment, Dereliction of Duty & Negligence Act, EDDNA.   We chose it because it's essential:

1.      To remind everyone to focus on the victims and potential victims.  Edna's name will be seen and heard in the media, in Parliament, in courts, and in legal textbooks to ensure this.

2.      To emphasise that it is not the whistleblower on trial, as in the current system, but the actions or inaction of others in response to reported concerns.

#EdnasLaw requires action, in a context-appropriate timescale, to prevent further harm or risk. It has been designed to protect people, not to make money for those we call the "gravy train", which the proposed Office of the Whistleblower is planned to benefit and which is backed by major corporate funders.   #FollowTheMoney!

Those who aim to exploit whistleblowers fear accountability and the #EdnasLaw campaign so much that malicious attempts have been made in recent months to silence us. 

By now the opposition should realise that no matter what tactics they use, Edna will always win in the long run - and accountability is coming!
