This latest news about two prominent people, and especially the current terrible cases coming in to our helpline from whistleblowers and families, continue to add to our massive evidence base for why Edna's Law is urgently needed. The public often do not hear the full story of wrongdoing because whistleblower cases are turned into "employment matters" - this is the problem, these cases are actually "public interest" issues. Edna's Law will hold to account wrongdoers and those who profit from the wrongs that whistleblowers have tried so hard to put right - but instead the whistleblowers lose their jobs and experience lasting detriment while senior people who failed to act to stop abuse and wrongdoing have gone on to prosper.
