Make a diffeence!  Attend this crucial meeting and ensure your voice is heard! The developer  has chosen to take their proposal directly to the Ontario Land Tribunal or OLT, rather than following the usual city planning process.  This process will include lawyers, planners, and consultants.

Provincial legislation now allows this to happen.  Landowners proceed to the Ontario Land Tribunal instead of the city.

Your presence and input will help shape the city's position before the Ontario Land Tribunal as we all begin the steps towards negotiations.
