Protect the Human Rights of US Citizen from it's States

Protect the Human Rights of US Citizen from it's States
The Issue
To: The United States House of Representatives, United States Senate, President Biden and the United Nations Human Rights Council.
From: The peoples of the United States Citizenry
In response to the multiple state Governments currently endangering their citizen’s rights and very lives as well as our Supreme Court removing already founded rights from the populace in multiple instances. From legislating restrictions to women and trans healthcare, banning the history of anyone but White Christian nationalists, from being taught in both k-12 & universities, to increasing violent police forces against minority groups and removing children from minority women for profit (See the practice of CPS taking children away from poor and non white families and putting them into adoption systems without valid cause).
You will find a listing of the states listed in the appendix, but based on their actions we are asking that Biden be granted the power to use the Guarantee Clause of the United States Constitution (Article IV, Section 4). This clause empowers the Federal Government to protect the citizens from rogue state governments. “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”
Of the United Nations Human Rights Council, We ask that the aforementioned list of states and their governing representatives receive due sanctions and/or trials for crimes against humanity pursuant to the International Bill of Human Rights. The Citizens of the United States feel that our Judicial and Legislative branches of our government have become compromised to a state that they no longer uphold the citizenry’s best interest or trust.
Failure to take action now will result in a repeat of History, resulting in many innocent lives lost due to a government's infringement upon the people's basic and unalienable, human rights.
