Keep Standing with the Gullah/Geechee!

Tenki Tenki fa standing wid we ta protect de Gullah/Geechee Cultural Heritage Protection Overlay District!  Een 1 day we dun git ta 1200 signatures!  We also had a full house at a community meeting concerning this issue and more people will be sharing the petition and getting involved to stop this destructionment! 

We want to be well over 5000 signatures by the end of this month.  You can help us by sharing this petition with your social media networks including Facebook groups, SMS chats, Twitter, email and WhatsApp. The more people that sign will show the level of importance that St. Helena Island and Gullah/Geechee culture have to not only Beaufort County or South Carolina, but to the world.  So, we appreciate you getting more folks to support this effort.
