Megan Elizabeth Stoner is facing at least 9 serious felony criminal fraud of theft charges in Hamilton County, Indiana, including a state conspiracy/racketeering charge. While out on bond, Stoner has continued to engage in a pattern of fraudulent criminal activity, not only in the local area, but across multiple states via the Internet. 

The evidence of her continued criminal frauds is all over social networking, ranging from Facebook to Twitter to a fraudulent Gofundme campaign. Stoner's frauds have left some victims homeless and caused serious financial harm to a number of low income families. 

Stoner has engaged in multiple violations of her existing bond conditions and continues to engage in various financial frauds, posing an unacceptable risk to the community at large.

We call upon the Hamilton County Prosecutor and the Hamilton County Courts to immediately revoke the bail of Megan Elizabeth Stoner and hold her without bail pending trial of her numerous criminal charges in Hamilton County and adjacent counties.
