Since June 2022, at least 4 attempts have been made to kidnap children in Armadale and Bathgate, by the same male and female. Police claim they have found no criminality and no action has been taken against the accused couple. There are daily reports that they are seen around schools and other areas such as local parks, despite neither having children.

A relative of the couple alleged on Facebook that this couple have prior sexual offences and have an order to keep distance from children. Although initial research does not show that they have any offences of this nature - the investigation into this is still ongoing.

However, despite the growing concerns about the couples behaviours the police are not taking reports seriously. 

As a community we demand a full investigation, more patrols around schools/parks/gala days and more importantly, safety for our children!
