PETITION TO THE CITY OF VALDOSTA

We are homeowners in the Lake Laurie Drive and Cherry Creek Road area and are asking the City of Valdosta to approve the Planned Development submitted by RST Construction, File No. VA-2026-10.

We have reviewed the proposed development and support it.

We do not want small R-15 homes, starting at 1,200 square feet, with no architectural controls or consistency in construction, to be the entrance to Cherry Creek Subdivision.

We feel the RST Construction Planned Development is a better fit for this area and for the entrance to our neighborhood. We are asking the City of Valdosta to approve File No. VA-2026-10.
