Please Contact The Governor ASAP

Our county commissioners are not listening to us. Please contact the governor and ask them to review it's water usage, power demands, costs to tax payers, and ensure the promises being made are legally enforceable. https://governor.wa.gov/contacting-governor/contacting-governors-office/send-gov-ferguson-e-message

Al French would rather call us conspiracy theorists than address anyones concerns. See his response here from the last county commission meeting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=2698&v=i1ZQ0PYOhZE

Al French said the data center would use a solar farm, but is now walking that back and saying they'd import the electricity from out of state. Leaving residents to pay the costs for upgrades to import.

Al French said it'd use waste water, but Airway Heights already uses the wastewater to recycle it in our infrastructure, they produce 600,000 gallons of water per day from waste water! https://cawh.org/overview-of-plant-operations

We are in a severe drought and should not let these data centers make empty promises they don't intend to keep. This data center in California said it wouldn't need water, now they're suing the city for access to water! https://www.kpbs.org/news/environment/2026/06/15/imperial-valley-data-center-developer-files-lawsuit-seeking-access-to-colorado-river-water

NOW is the time to speak up, before it's too late. Please contact the governor!
