My name is Alexandra, and I'm on the Civic Engagement team at Change.org. Our team works to connect petition starters and supporters with the public officials who have the power to act on the issues you care about. 

I reached out to the Office of Kairos Shen, Chief of Planning for the City of Boston, regarding this petition and was informed that the application in question has been withdrawn by the applicant.

According to the Planning Department, the applicant originally shared their intent to apply, but after hearing community pushback, they chose to withdraw their proposal. As a result, there is no active application currently under review.
