I am a victim of the misused “Emergency order of protection” and haven't seen my daughter in 8 months while being harassed by sheriffs and police for 2 years based on my child’s mother emotional behavior. She chose to date another man, and I chose to only be a father. The fabrication of orders of protection doesn’t align with their intended purpose if I choose to stop pursuing my child’s mother as a relationship and only co-parent. This is not right or fair to the child.

The Order of Protection system is being misused to damage and ruin families based on another person's lack of emotional communication. These orders are used as ransoms to force fathers into submission to the mother’s demands, restricting their rightful access to their children. By law, both parents are custodial parents with equal rights in their child's life.
