A growing number of former clients of Dr. Daniel "God" Koller and Companion Pet Clinic are calling for a comprehensive investigation into the many allegations of abuse, negligence, and mistreatment of their pets—several of which reportedly resulted in death.

The heart breaking stories have become too frequent and demand immediate action.

We believe the volume, consistency, and severity of these allegations warrant immediate and thorough review by the appropriate authorities.

We request the following actions:

• A full, transparent investigation by OVMEB (Oregon Veterinary Medical Examining Board) into the reported conduct, including review of complaints, medical records, and prior disciplinary history.
• Appropriate interim measures, where legally permissible, to ensure animal safety while investigations are ongoing.
• Clear communication to the public regarding investigative findings and outcomes, consistent with Oregon law. 
• Legislative review of existing oversight mechanisms to ensure that complaints of abuse, negligence, or repeated patient deaths are handled promptly and effectively.

This petition asks for accountability and transparency to protect animals and the public. Doing nothing in response to serious allegations puts others at risk and damages trust in the veterinary profession.

We urge OVMEB and Oregon legislators to take these concerns seriously and to act in the interest of animal welfare, public safety, and professional integrity.
