The Town of Fortville is considering a proposal to rezone the northeast corner of Broadway & Ohio St. from residentialto commercial use.

This change would disrupt the character of our neighborhood, increase traffic and noise, and threaten the residential quality of life that makes Fortville special.

We, the undersigned, strongly oppose this rezoning and urge our town officials to protect our community, preserve our neighborhoods, and reject this proposal.
