Hello, my name is Jada Harris and on August 9th at 7pm me and other family members were rushed by a pitbull which escaped it's yard resulting in my dog being mauled and unable to walk properly at this time. The owner did apologize and pay for our vet bill and I don't want money or anything of the nature, I want to make our neighborhood safer with stricter regulations on fencing and the ownership of aggressive animals. 

Important information

- Roseville Police were called and told that there was a dog attack with five minors involved and nobody every arrived

- The fencing holding the dog inside of it's yard has been unstable before and the dog has gotten out

- the dog lives three blocks away from where we live and across the street from the park where many children play and hangout at.

Goals 

- removal or relocation of the pitbull

- better reinforcement of the owner's home to keep such an aggressive animal contained.
