The work in Oklahoma never ends when it comes to victims rights.

We are currently advocating for justice for Rebecca Hogue-- who tragically lost her son to murder while she was at work-- and then was convicted of the crime of first degree murder for failing to protect him from abuse she wasn't even aware was happening. Our hope is to bring justice for Rebecca and to end Failure to Protect-- a law in our state that disproportionally impacts mothers who were victims.
