Arlington County must act to improve safety for kids & neighbors by adding a 4-way stop at the dangerous intersection of Patrick Henry & 18th Street North, just 430 feet from Cardinal Elementary School. 

Just this year, police responded to a crash at this spot as the Cardinal school Halloween parade was starting!

Visibility is limited.  The road curves as it goes downhill, causing drivers (who often already speed) to increase speed even more, while trees & plants in the median obscure pedestrians.
