Come to the Planning Board Meeting to show your support to stop the building of a telecommunications tower in our neighborhood.  The public hearing for this proposed telecommunications tower will take place today, Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 6:00 PM.

 Proposed Telecommunications Tower Application

Dear Members of the Benton County Planning Board,

As residents and property owners directly affected by the proposed telecommunications tower application at 8153 S Morning Star Rd, we are writing to formally request that the Planning Board Deny the Petition to build a telecommunications tower in our neighborhood.

The rural and residential character of the Morning Star Road corridor is highly sensitive to abrupt structural changes. A tower at this location will significantly impact local sightlines, property aesthetics, and the surrounding landscape. 

We urge the Board to table any final decisions or conditional use approvals until a visual analysis has been completed  via a tethered balloon and the photo-simulations are added to the public record, or to immediately vote no on the proosal.
