General Information
  - Inmates from all over Alameda County are processed at Santa Rita, not just those from Dublin, CA.
  - The release process is dictated by Alameda County.

Release Process
  - Approximately 68 individuals are released daily from the County Jail.
  - Of this number, 20% use a shuttle service to reach BART or have been bailed out with arranged transportation.
  - The remaining 80% potentially walk down Arnold Rd., with the expectation that they will go directly to BART.
  - Release window: 6 am – 10 am (People bailed out can be released after hours).
  - Those who can't afford transportation receive a $9.00 BART Clipper card.

Information on the Dublin Police Department
- Currently understaffed.
- Officers are contracted from Alameda County.
- Despite being understaffed, the response to emergencies is commendably swift (Thank you!).

Solutions Mayor Hernandez and Alameda County are Working Towards
- Adding more signage to guide individuals released from Santa Rita County Jail to BART.
- Installing additional cameras to deter disturbances along the release path.
