New Surveillance System Implemented

During the January 11 town hall discussion, Mayor Hernandez and Police Chief Schmidt announced plans to install a camera at the intersection of Hacienda Blvd and Arnold Rd. This intersection serves as the initial point where inmates depart from the jail, often accessing residential streets thereafter.

The camera’s purpose is to dissuade inmates from entering the residential neighborhood.

We hope for the implementation of additional preventive measures and eagerly await their announcement.
