My 23 month old son fractured his femur while at daycare. We weren’t given a lot of details as to what happened. After an investigation by the health department, we were still left with questions about how he managed to fracture the largest bone in his body. If cameras were present in the classroom we would have a clear answer about how this occurred, and how he was so severely injured, without anybody seeing.
