For years now the MADISON COUNTY INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF CHILD WELFARE SERVICES has been highly corrupted by removing children from good homes only to place them in traumatic environments causing families as well as the children being taken severe emotional damage which is heartbreaking to see and know that nothing can be done to stop the madness.

On August 18, 2021 I had a beautiful amazing little girl born perfect no drugs were in either of our systems and no concerns from hospital staff, however the madison county dcs took it upon themselves to file a report open a case and remove my baby at birth without allowing me to provide evidence the allegations were false. I later was informed that this was planned and my baby was placed with another child of mine which my rights were removed in 2019 without notifying me. I was also informed by the CASA worker involved this home was covered in animal feces and unhealthy.  The same CASA who sat in Hamilton Superior Court 1 and testified she supported my son to be adopted by this same foster care that she reported to be unhealthy. I was informed I could regain a relationship with my son and possibly adopt him as he's still severely struggling being in the system. This was not the true intentions of dcs however, It was only a motive to get me to sign consent for adoption. I was finally able to get my baby placed with my oldest daughter where she is very safe and amazingly cared for , yet once again my baby is faced with possibly being placed with a felon with a history of drug charges and currently on house arrest for gun charge. 

During the time I was fighting to have her moved I had relapsed due to being informed my newborn was at Riley with fluid on her brain as I was not allowed to go to Riley myself which later found to be an untrue update by the foster parent. It was put into stone that no contact or information would be given between me and my son however the caseworker  and casa continued on several occasions to provide this lady who was fostering and still is caring for my son , the information as to where my baby was placed as well as confidential information about my case. This women then continued to demand my baby returned to her until I flipped finally which was used against me. I have a paper trail of evidence against the dcs as well as recordings of the case management worker attempting to make up screens that she'd report as positive. I am continuing to struggle with the mental and emotional damage they are purposely causing. They have continued to create situations causing severe negative impact on me my children and anyone involved such as visiting facilitators as one has been let go due to someone needing to be blamed for dcs actions as long as it's not dcs. The issues seem to be getting swept under the rug and no one wants to hear me out due to my past history of drug use so hopefully this will reach someone who cares enough to help stop the madness.  I have contacted the dcs omnibudsman bearau, the Attorney generals office and tried to set up a time to speak with the head director of madison county department of child services  only to be directed in circles as NO ONE has jurisdiction.

The department of child services is to protect our children and they've repeatedly proven to be abusing and manipulating those privileges furthermore causing severe emotional damage to our future families and children. It is time for parents to STOP this madness and once again regain the safety of our innocent children.  Biden and Harris want to build back families in other countries yet neglect the fact that the department of child services are destroying our very own!!!  

No parent should be preyed upon like their a free surrogate slave for DCS,  nor should any child be a victim as they baby shop like it's build a kid workshop!

They continue to broadcast that foster homes and CASA workers are desperately needed yet this would not be an issue if they'd STOP removing children just because they can and furthermore NO Case worker nor CASA should EVER make decisions by gossiping,  false reporting to the courts, breaking confidential rights that possibly jeopardize the safety of the child and family.

To those of you who stand with me I truly appreciate you as I will fight hard to make a change so that children and families no longer suffer at the hands of these corruption actions taken by the people who have the privilege of deciding what's best in our "free" country! I will say the only way I'll give up is if they succeed in incarceration me as they are trying to do to silence me but I'll be out again and back at no worries!!
