Another woman has been identified, to whom McMann inflicted serious harm by inexplicably awarding an FRO to an abusive man.  This woman too has been involved in the court system since McMann's bad ruling, demonstrating that the man was malicious in his intent in seeking an FRO and further burdening the taxpayer.

This woman has also suffered the harm of her expartner suddenly moving for physical custody of their two children, facilitated by the weaponized FRO.

The cases are similar too in McMann deciding that "potential for further harm" existed in near-unbelievable circumstances: this victim is over a foot shorter than her 6'6" ex-husband, while the previous victim was then-pregnant and only going to get more pregnant and physically limited. 

Another unnerving similarity is the apparent motivation behind the McMann-awarded FROs being solely to punish an ex-partner and to excuse the father from child support obligations: McMann also excused a significant amount of back child support in this matter.  The malicious litigants in both cases are multimillionaires.  

The victim was also subjected to McMann's abusive mouth, at one point referring to the victim's daughter as having Down syndrome, which is not true and does not make the victim any less deserving of equal application of the law regardless.  The victim also reports that her ex-husband placed great pressure on her to abort the pregnancy and that she enraged him by refusing to do so.  

McMann disregards the law to appease wealthy abusers, and inflicts harm on vulnerable women and children.  She debases the bench with her abusive commentary while doing do.  She subjects the taxpayer to footing the bill for vindictive and deeply inappropriate punishment campaign by angry former partners.  Please sign this to encourage the legislative bodies and Gov Murphy to remove McMann immediately.
