Yes, I have written a bill to hopefully help with this growing problem.

My bill will:

• A prohibition against using AI to replicate or alter an image/voice for explicit sexual material without express written consent.

• Provisions for an injured individual to bring a cause of action for actual damages, attorney's fees, and costs.

• Liability for a civil penalty up to ten thousand dollars per violation.

• Authorization for the attorney general to investigate and pursue actions for these penalties.
