Hi all! Update on the Bulls Lane/Skimpans Farm planning application following the Development Management Committee meeting late last night. 

Councillors voted to disagree with the recommendation, so the application has been deferred while planning officers now prepare a special circumstances report. The application will return to committee at a later date for councillors to review and vote again.

While this isn’t the final outcome yet, it was encouraging to see the concerns around the site and our area discussed and carefully considered.
