The University of Utah is making changes to food truck operations on campus that could force current food truck owners to lose their spots. For many of us, these trucks are not just a place to grab lunch they are our businesses, our income, and something we have worked years to build. We have shown up for the U community, served students and staff, and become a familiar part of campus life.

Losing these locations would be a major hardship for small business owners who depend on this opportunity to keep going. We are asking the University of Utah to hear our concerns and find a way to continue supporting the food truck vendors who have been part of this community.
