This petition starts with a story close to the heart – my sister, who uses a wheelchair, faces challenges every day in simply getting to her classroom in school. This struggle for basic human rights not only impacts her, but numerous others within our society and raises an important question - why are we allowing the same struggles to continue in other areas, such as in the case of Josh Block (WorldofTshirts)?

Josh Block, the heart and soul of WorldofTshirts, is currently under the influence and harassment of an individual known as Mr. Based. This situation is very reminiscent of my sister's daily struggling, as both are challenges that should not exist in a just society. This petition demands that we protect Josh from Mr. Based's undue influence and pursue justice by holding Mr. Based accountable for his actions.

According to the U.S Department of Justice, harassment and intimidation can be considered forms of manipulation and control, which are, in fact, punishable crimes (DOJ, 2019). Mr. Based's constraining grip on Josh reflects such a circumstance, and we believe that action must be taken to put an end to this toxic situation.

While this is a deeply personal cause for us, we believe it resonates with everyone who values justice and the rights of individuals. It's time to translate our shared indignation into concrete action. We urge the judiciary to take cognizance of Josh Block's situation and consider an appropriate course of action against Mr. Based.
