Yet another corrupt, unjust and uttly wrong factors of FVOs and Court proceedings around DV matters is there is the "option" for requesting a revoke but the truth is they never EVER even consider it. So why is it even on the paperwork? Because they need the illusion there is any due process or choice afforded to us - when in fact there isn't.

I wasn't allowed to say a single word in court today not even my name. Nothing. 

We were granted a vary for mild contact but even that came with their lies attached. I was told so many different stories about what was allowed and what paperwork I could have to prove we were now allowed some contact. 

Need I reiterate a trillion times that he is INNOCENT I proved it in the paperwork they refused to read. What was the point in even lodging them. 

I am thrilled we can have digital contact (not phone calls though 🙄😤) but the paperwork proof of it is being deliberately "lost" delaying when I am or he is allowed to contact each other. 

As if six months isn't already too much waiting.

He is INNOCENT! But in Australia (and I'm sure other countries) that means NOTHING. Actually less than nothing and even my own dam lawyer tried to get the order extended for a further twelve months! That's double what we've already served. However, thankfully it was corrected and we have a new Court date in April. 

However that means not only has he been forced to miss my birthday he is not being allowed to come home by Christmas. Or new year's and will miss other important dates to us in the meantime. 

For someone who is INNOCENT he's been wrongfully punished as I have by extension for 11 months! That's basically the entire FVO an FVO we did not need, ask for or deserve!

There is no due process, no chance for either to speak in court and any paperwork lodged is just decided by the police NOT a Judge. 

One will NEVER win when the system lets the other side decide. Naturally they are never going to be impartial or just. They will ALWAYS delay and lie and choose to better their own interests. 

I am also one of over fifty couples and families here today for the exact same thing! All of them wrongfully accused of DV they did not commit and mostly all are given the exact same digital but not voice contact they don't care about individual situations or needs. 

This entire process is rigged and corrupt and cruel. They do not listen to anyone of us they just give blanket approaches to all. 

Furthermore they are presently withholding the letter of proof I need before we can contact each other despite sitting here all morning waiting. They have it right there but refuse to give it to me. 

I wasn't expecting much fairness but the depths this country's system sinks too are always lower than expected.

We want to see our loved ones, our INNOCENT loved ones, god dam it isn't a good country when being innocent means nothing.
