Please sign our petition to prevent the rezoning of the former Seckinger property at the Ebenezer Roundabout for commercial development. 

The area is the gateway to Historic Ebenezer where the Salzburgers landed in 1734. It's home to the oldest continuessly operating Lutheran church in America. It is also home to the Ebenezer Retreat Center and the Salzburger museum. This area has been used for many movie and TV shoots due to its historical buildings. 

The area is also an established residential area of single family homes on acreage and small farms. The commercial development proposed would put a gas station and mini storage at the roundabout as well as numerous townhomes. None of this is fitting for the area and would be the first thing visitors to Historic Ebenezer would see.
