Yesterday, Nancy Pelosi wrote a "Dear Colleague" letter to Democratic members of Congress in which she stated that COVID funding had been removed from the Omnibus budget bill.  She said this was "devastating."

Meanwhile, US Health and Human Services reported they are out of COVID funding. 

Devastating. Yes. Especially if you are high-risk or love someone who is high-risk.
