URGENT- HIDDEN VALLEY RESIDENTS- Please sign the the Petition to stop the decision meeting with Toll Brothers to use the recently passed  Florida Infill Redevelopment Act.

There is NO MEETING on October 6, 2026,  Just a NOTICE of DECISION  with City Hall  and that is a violation of our rights as residents.

Boca Raton is a  uniquely charming and tranquil small- town appeal mixed with the soothing ambiance of a beach community. Hidden Valley Golf Course is one of the few untouched green spaces remaining in our rapidly developing city. Unfortunately, this beloved sanctuary is under threat from developers and policies like the Florida Infill Redevelopment Act, which aim to pave over these precious areas.

The developers, backed by new state laws, are aggressively pushing their agenda, eager to replace our cherished landscapes with concrete and corporate centers. Their influence grows as they lobby the state to prioritize "Infill Redevelopment Act" over the preservation of our remaining green spaces. Their proposed projects will  exacerbate traffic  on already failing roads, affect drainage issues and deplete one more  of the few remaining green spaces.

Let’s preserve our town's charm for ourselves and future generations.
