In this Keauhou Bay court case update, I explain what has happened since the Court dismissed G70 and its President, Kawika McKeague, from the Judicial Review alleging that Kamehameha Schools' Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the proposed Keauhou Bay bungalow resort violates Hawaiʻi's environmental review laws.

I discuss my Motion for Reconsideration, G70's July 16, 2026 errata letter acknowledging that six pages were omitted from the published FEIS, my Notice of Supplemental Filing, Motion for Leave, nunc pro tunc, and my Reply to G70's opposition. I also explain why I argue the errata is new evidence relevant to my pending Motion for Reconsideration.

As a self-represented (pro se) petitioner, I share my experience navigating court procedures, including mistakes I made and how I corrected them. I also provide an update on Daisy Mitchell's motion to withdraw from the case without prejudice due to health concerns and note that both the County of Hawaiʻi and Kamehameha Schools filed statements taking no position on her request.

At the time this video was recorded, these motions remain pending before the Court.
