Section 47 is meant to protect children from abuse and neglect.

But right now, disabled children and their families are being harmed — not helped.

Parents are being treated as a “risk” or punished just because they spoke up about unsafe respite, unsafe care, or services that failed to keep their child safe.

This is not safeguarding. This is retaliation.
