We are calling on the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to launch an immediate child welfare investigation and comprehensive medical evaluation for Chrisean Jr.
This child is facing compounding neglect and severe physical danger that requires urgent state intervention:
Exposure to Armed Law Enforcement: Primary caregivers recklessly pulled the toddler from his car seat and used him as a human shield, walking him directly into the line of fire during an armed police standoff, an act she openly defends and has bragged about online.
Severe Medical & Nutritional Neglect: The child is reportedly unable to safely chew or swallow solid foods, restricted entirely to pureed oatmeal, applesauce, and Pediasure. Despite clear signs of dysphasia, aspiration risk, and failure to thrive, he is receiving zero clinical evaluation or specialized feeding therapy.
Unaddressed Developmental Delays: He is missing critical motor, speech, and developmental milestones with no early intervention support in place.
Prenatal Harm: Compounded by well documented public reports of maternal substance use during pregnancy, these current nutritional and environmental hazards present an immediate threat to his long-term safety and development.

Specialized Pediatric & Swallow Evaluation: Mandate a clinical swallow study (VFSS) and comprehensive neurodevelopmental screening.
Court Ordered Protective Supervision: Enforce strict DCFS oversight to ensure the child’s safety and basic medical needs take absolute priority over public content creation and reckless behavior.
